Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 19 July 2026

These terms explain how you may use Australian Pharmacist Study Marketplace and the limits of our educational content, including AI-assisted questions, human-reviewed material, student recall resources and readiness signals.

Important study disclaimer

  • The platform is for educational self-study only and is not official APC, Ahpra or Pharmacy Board material.
  • We do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, recall item or study recommendation is complete, current or correct.
  • Some questions and explanations are created or assisted by AI, then reviewed or edited by humans where practicable. Errors may still occur.
  • Recall papers and videos are collected from past student reports and rewritten. They may preserve similar concepts or themes, but they are not exact past exam questions.
  • Using the platform does not guarantee that you will pass OPRA, Intern Written, Intern Oral or any other examination.

1. Agreement To These Terms

By accessing or using Australian Pharmacist Study Marketplace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or purchase any product.

These terms apply to all free and paid content, including demo questions, mock exams, module practice, calculation practice, recall materials, videos, readiness signals, dashboards and any future exam preparation tools.

2. About The Platform

Australian Pharmacist Study Marketplace provides self-study resources for pharmacists preparing for Australian registration-related exams. OPRA is the first live exam supported by the marketplace, with Intern Written and Intern Oral materials planned for later release.

The platform is independent. It is not owned, endorsed, approved or operated by the Australian Pharmacy Council, Ahpra, the Pharmacy Board of Australia, Pearson VUE or any regulator.

3. Educational Content Disclaimer

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, clinical, legal, regulatory or migration advice.

Pharmacy practice, clinical guidelines, medicines information and exam requirements can change. You are responsible for checking official sources, current references and professional standards before relying on any information.

You should not use marketplace content as the sole basis for patient care, dispensing decisions, counselling, workplace practice, registration decisions or exam registration decisions.

4. Accuracy Of Questions, Answers And Explanations

We aim to create useful, exam-style practice content, but we cannot guarantee that every question, option, answer, calculation, rationale, reference, mark, label or explanation is correct.

Questions and explanations may contain errors, omissions, ambiguity, outdated information, typographical mistakes or differences from current examination standards.

If you believe an item is incorrect, you can report it through the platform or contact us. We may review, update, remove or replace content at our discretion.

5. Use Of AI And Human Review

Some marketplace content is created, drafted, generated, checked, transformed or improved using artificial intelligence tools. Human contributors may also write, review, edit or approve content.

AI-assisted content can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated, even after human review. You acknowledge that AI-generated or AI-assisted content is a supplementary study tool and should be verified against trusted sources.

Readiness signals, adaptive recommendations and dashboard insights are automated study aids. They are not clinical advice, professional assessment, official exam feedback or a prediction of your actual exam result.

6. Recall Materials

Recall papers and recall videos may be based on themes, concepts or reports collected from past students after previous exam sittings.

Student recall is imperfect. Recalled materials may be incomplete, inaccurate, selective or affected by memory, interpretation and wording differences.

We rewrite and transform recall materials for educational use. They are not represented as exact past exam questions, official exam questions or a guarantee of what will appear in a future exam.

Concepts may remain similar to what students reported, but wording, options, facts, emphasis, answer choices and correct answers may differ from any actual exam.

7. No Exam Outcome Guarantee

We do not guarantee that using the platform will cause you to pass OPRA, Intern Written, Intern Oral or any other examination.

Practice scores, readiness signals, module accuracy, calculation scores, rankings, streaks, completion rates and study recommendations are not official results and are not pass guarantees.

Your exam outcome depends on many factors outside the platform, including your background knowledge, preparation, health, exam-day performance, the exam form allocated to you and the standards set by the relevant examination body.

8. Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must not share, sell, transfer or lend your account access to another person.

Access periods vary by product and are shown at purchase where applicable. Some products may be lifetime access, while others may be time-limited.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been account sharing, misuse, payment fraud, scraping, copying, unauthorised distribution or breach of these terms.

9. Purchases, Payments And Refunds

Paid products are charged in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Access usually starts after successful payment. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds may not be available once paid content has been opened, attempted, downloaded, watched or otherwise used.

Refund requests for unused purchases or technical access issues may be considered case by case. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All marketplace content, including questions, explanations, videos, PDFs, practice engines, software, layouts, reports, readiness signals, names, branding and study materials, is owned by us or licensed to us.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access purchased or free content for your own study. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, screenshot, scrape, sell, upload, distribute, teach from or create competing materials from our content without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer the software, bulk-download content, use automated scraping tools, or upload malicious code.

You must not post, transmit or share marketplace content in public groups, social media, messaging apps, file-sharing services, course groups or other platforms.

12. Availability And Changes

We may update, replace, remove, add or reorganise content, products, pricing, features and access rules over time.

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues or technical faults may affect availability.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on platform content, failure to pass an exam, failure to meet registration requirements, clinical or professional decisions, technical interruptions, data loss or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or the minimum remedy required by applicable law.

14. Privacy

We may collect and use information required to provide the platform, manage accounts, process purchases, record progress, generate study insights and improve the service.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on the platform.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date on this page will indicate the latest version.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing Law And Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the state or territory laws relevant to the operator of the marketplace.

For questions about these terms, purchases or access, contact us through the Be An Australian Pharmacist contact page.
